Stephan B. Wilder, Chief of Police
Chief Stephan Wilder was appointed as a Patrolman in 1986. He was then promoted to Lieutenant in 1996. He was then promoted to Chief of Police in 2011. Works hours between 08:30AM and 4:30PM.
Stanley B. Strausser, Lieutenant
Appointed as a Patrolman in 1987. Appointed as Lieutenant in 1996. Currently is in charge of the detective bureau and crime prevention program.
Scott F. Denniss, Lieutenant
Lt. Scott Denniss was appointed as a Patrolman in 1991. He was promoted to Lieutenant in 2000. He is currently assigned as the Uniformed Patrol Division Commander. He works between the hours of 6:30AM and 2:30PM. Some of his duties include coordinating the day to day functions of the Patrol Division, supervisor of the field training program, property room supervisor, ADAP instructor and radar/laser instructor.
John Minock, Sergeant
Sergeant John Minock started as a non-paid Auxiliary officer in 1987 and became a part-time officer in 1988. He was hired full time as a patrolman on January 23, 1989. John served as detective from 2001 until he was promoted to Sergeant in January 2011. Currently assigned as the day shift supervisor. Works hours between 6:30AM and 2:30PM
Frank Kemp Jr, Sergeant
Sergeant Frank Kemp started as a non-paid Auxiliary officer in 1994 and became a part-time officer in 1995. He was hired full time as a patrolman on August 18, 1997. Frank served as afternoon shift patrol officer until he was promoted to Sergeant in March 2011. Currently assigned as the afternoon shift supervisor. Works between the hours of 2:30PM and 10:30PM.
Shawn C. Bates, Sergeant
Sergeant Shawn Bates was hired as a Patrolman in 1995. He was promoted to Sergeant in 2011. He is currently assigned as the swing shift supervisor. His work hours vary.
Ronald S. Mizner Jr., Sergeant
Sergeant Ron Mizner was appointed as a Patrolman in 1994. He was then promoted to Sergeant in 2011. He is currently assigned as the night shift supervisor. He works between the hours of 10:30PM and 6:30AM.
Randy J. Manse, Detective
Appointed as a Patrolman in 1992. Assists as the school resource officer (SRO). Assigned full time to the Detective Bureau.
